Luxury Retailer Burberry Opens New Boutique at The Mall at Green Hills

The new 4,501 square-foot Burberry store features select styles from the London designer’s extensive collection of accessories, including handbags, jewelry, shoes, watches and scarves, women’s and men’s apparel, fragrances and gifts. The new store joins 47 current Burberry boutiques across the United States. The Burberry store is located on the Mall Upper Level next to Brooks Brothers, which moved into its new, expanded location in March, 2008.

Juicy Couture’s first Tennessee store will soon follow the opening of Burberry. The California-based fashion retailer, scheduled to open its store August 1, will offer the complete Juicy Couture collection of apparel for women, kids and baby, as well as fragrance, handbags, jewelry, watches, swimwear, sunglasses, shoes and other accessories for women and dogs, too! With a footprint of 3,074 square feet, the new store will join the 48 currently open Juicy Couture locations across the country. The new boutique is located between Burberry and Banana Republic on the Upper Level of the Mall.

Joining Burberry and Juicy Couture will be Banana Republic, set to open its remodeled and expanded store soon. Currently operating a temporary location adjacent to its existing Mall Upper Level store, Banana Republic will open a portion of its new 6,380 sq. ft. store August 20.

Burberry and Fossil, which opened its new store on July 21, are the latest additions to The Mall at Green Hills’ exclusive collection of lifestyle and luxury retailers. In May 2008, Georgiou Studio opened its first Tennessee location at The Mall. In April, The Mall at Green Hills and Nordstrom Department Store announced that the upscale department store will open its first Tennessee location, a 149,000 square-foot store, at The Mall in Fall 2010.

Apparel retailers Lacoste and New York and Co. opened stores in March 2008, with GNC and Brooks Brothers opening new mall locations in February and March 2008, respectively.

The Mall at Green Hills is located in Nashville, Tennessee at 2126 Abbott Martin Road and is owned, leased and managed by Davis Street Land Company.
