New Opening Date Set For Nordstrom At The Mall at Green Hills

Nashville, TN – December 1, 2008 – Davis Street Land Company, owner and manager of The Mall at Green Hills, has announced that a new opening date of October 2011 has been set for Tennessee’s first Nordstrom. Originally scheduled to open October 2010, Nordstrom’s new completion timeline is in response to the current economic conditions impacting retail and commercial development nationally and accommodates the retailer’s desired opening timetable. The three-level, 149,000-square-foot fashion specialty store’s construction as well as expansion of the Mall’s existing parking deck located on Abbott Martin Road will begin January 2010.
